Man bekommt sehr genau mit das nichts "magisches" an den Tools haftet. Es ist vielmehr der Spirit den man auf Nicht - Toyota Mitarbeiter überträgt.
Die Magie wenn man es so will ist der aufwendige Mentoring-Prozess am Beginn, den es in der westlichen Welt bis heute nicht gibt.
Danach darf man in die akribische tägliche Arbeit eintauchen Abläufe bis auf die Sekunde zu standardisieren und noch weiter zu verbessern.
Dieses Buch ist ein "Muss" für den Lean Manager von heute.
