Loved all four of these books, I would say they just get better and better as you go through the quartet.

If you're a fan of fantasy+magic+battles+gore with great characters and a thrilling plot then you should really read this series!

What an excellent series the moontide quartet is turning into. The story moves at an excellent pace and I found I was interested in every characters story line. I really enjoyed how Ramon became a major player in this book and we learn how intelligent and capable he is which you dont really get from the first book. % stars.

I read it twice and will probably read it again. A gripping set of stories running through a dark and realistic tale. I hope very much that my favourite character will survive (Elena Anborn) she is very different from almost all female heroes I have ever read about: a fascinating character. I hope to meet her someday although I may not survive the encounter.
