This book contains everything you need to know. It starts with the big stuff (aspirations, finding your purpose - the stuff that you really need a handle on to be able to embed things; understanding what really matters to you - this is the bit that I've not previously had a handle on). Moves through awareness, which is the thing that really makes Giovanni's approach different, the mindful bit. And then how to take action. But there are so many tools, so many real life things to try, so many examples to engage with - you will find something that works for you.
This isn't Giovanni's life story masquerading as a self help book. This is a REAL self help book - that will help you to help yourself, through self saboutage, through distraction, through laziness, through self deceit. It is a truly inspirational book. It is a manual for life. Following the approaches and using the tools in this book has already changed my life. It has made me happier and reduced my stress levels. I'm still a work in progress - always! but this really is one of the best books ever written.

Mindful Self Discipline is easy to read and understand, a perfect Life Pathway Guide and resource book helping us to become focused on our own Life Performance; as we are all performance artists in this world.
We all have duties to perform during the course of each day, either for our own survival or as part of our engagement with life. How we perform those duties is what determines the quality of our life and the quality of those around us and those depending on us.
Giovanni’s Mindful Self Disciple provides a simple framework to enable us to perform to the highest standard, whether we are perusing our own ultimate dream, fulfilling our employment or engagement duties, being a student, good citizen or family member.
