Great quality on the outside, but the interior was very flimsy. Returned the bag as it had a 1cm slice/rip in the lining material near the top (probably from the machine that folds it for packing?)
However, even without the damage, it is clear that the lining will not last and any water from melted ice cubes or even condensation from cool packs will get through to the padded insulation. If our bag had been used for the 24 hour ice test that is shown in the pictures, the melted water would have leaked through the rip and saturated the bag.
Also, even without a rip, the lining comes heavily creased because it is flat packed. This means that it already has stress points and is more likely to rip.
