Easy assembly my foot!!! Totally incorrect and inadequate instructions!

Whatever you do, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you have considerable experience in assembling such items without using instructions. The instruction manual supplied with this trampoline is TOTALLY USELESS!! Several important pieces of information are missing, the diagrams are difficult to follow and are not an accurate representation of the process and important information is just not there. I spent several hours trying to assemble the product only to discover that I had to re-do it because the trampoline mat was not drawn accurately and the initial layout of the pieces is TOTALLY INCORRECT!! Extremely annoying. Obviously the manufacturers are just not interested in how poor their instructions are once they have your money, however I will never buy another toy from them as I imagine the qualityof instructions of all of them is equally poor. In addition to the poor quality instructions the handlebar has no cushioning in the middle just above the spring peg (which joins the two parts). This makes it hazardous if a child bangs their head or face on it. We have had to cover it with a piece of pipe lagging to make it safe. All in all a poor quality product.

When assembled the legs were uneven with one being off the floor totally so would not put my little one on it as he would most definitely fall. Too late now to return it also as it was some time before I got round to opening & putting it together. Not happy with this purchase at all

Lockdown saver!

I was worried about all the reviews about putting it together as almost everyone said it was the hardest thing they had completed. It was difficult but if you read the instructions first and take your time it isn’t too hard. I saw someone say it was wobbly but after doing the step by step at the back it’s flat on the floor! We have this for our 2.5 yr old and she loves it! It is a good way to exert some energy right now and is great for indoors and doesn’t damage the floor

Not sure how long it will last as it is quite lightweight but does the job great!

Do not buy this item. I am a mechanical engineer and I found this toy the most difficult thing to assemble , I nearly took off my fingers, this item is a danger for any one attempting to put it together. I’m very surprised that Amazon is stocking it, I bet quite a lot get returned.

Completely and utterly appalled by this product. The guide sheet is in another language I couldn’t understand it the few images provided weren’t descriptive at all they were blurry the stickers that were on each metal bit were mixed up which made it impossible to know what went where, for such a long wait and the kids getting excited we still haven’t been able to assemble it. And there is no video online either. No one from the support team got back to me to help or answered the phone. Honestly by far the worst product wouldn’t recommend it. Only thing that’s nice is the colour!
