Köpte denna någon månad innan Pixel 7 släpptes - väl medveten om att en ny telefon fanns runt hörnet. Priset var rätt och faktum är att skillnaden mellan denna och Pixel 7 är marginell. Dessutom är den snyggare än den nyare utgåvan (i min mening). Jag byter frekvent mellan Android och iOS och en sak är klar (detta är min första Pixel) - ska man ha Android, ska man ha en Pixel. Inget Bloatware, riktigt hög byggkvalitet (ingen plastkänsla a'la Samsung eller OnePlus) snabb, finfin kamera (glöm antal megapixlar och hur många kameror som finns, kraften ligger i Googles mjukvara, precis som hos Apple) och säkerhetsuppdateringar relativt lång tid framöver.

Easy and compact with water-resitancy and decent camera. Easy to use with other google products and microsoft software.

I would have wished for a bigger screen but it is ok.

Det enda alternativet om man vill ha en ren android upplevelse som Google tänkt det utan en massa för installerat "bloatware". Fungerar utmärkt att använda i Sverige med Svenska och fungerar utan problem med VoLTE och röstsamtal över WiFi med Telia (5G ej provat men inställningen finns).

I have not used the phone yet but it seems very well made. Usually with a new phone you cannot wait to get it up and running BUT in this case I the battery appears totally flat and I am unable to charge it. Why?It comes without a charger but with a charging cable. The cable does not connect with any of my collection of chargers acquired over the years including Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia, Huawei and others, So a charger has been ordered.

Positives: Appears exceptionally well made

Negatives: Comes without charger, slippery as a wet fish, reading glasses and magnifying glass needed to read stupidly small instruction booklet

I will update once I get it charged...

Espectacular móvil,en mi opinión por el precio que tiene no hay mejor móvil (si lo que buscas es un móvil para fotos y sistema operativo) más cuando yo lo compré en Warehouse a un precio bastante inferior y en estado " como nuevo" siendo así su verdadero estado en realidad. La verdad es que los primeros días estuve a punto de devolverlo ya que se me reinicia cada poco rato(pensé que podía ser el motivo de que el anterior propietario lo hubiese devuelto),el primer día fue horroroso,después fue como estabilizandose y no lo hacía tanto,pero aún así era muy molesto,cuando me decidia a devolverlo vi que salía android 13 para el móvil,como esto es de Google sale desde el primer día por supuesto y pensé en darle una oportunidad. No puedo estar más contento de haberlo hecho,desde que actualice ya no me ha vuelto hacer ningún reinicio ni nada.
En cuanto al móvil pondré un poco todo resumido la que me parece.

Pantalla: Se ve muy bien ,al sol se ve decente mejor que mi anterior móvil un oneplus 8T,pero en lo demás se ve espectacular por el precio del terminal,los 90Hz van muy fluidos.A mi la huella me va bien ,no es la más rápida ni precisa del mundo,pero cuando le pillas el punto de colocación del dedo,va bien.

Hardware: Si lo que buscas es un móvil para jugar se calienta ,también estamos en verano con mucha temperatura,pero como yo no quiero el móvil para jugar no me importa,aunque lo he probado con el Apex y va como un tiro,pero se calienta.

Cámaras: Bufff aquí es donde los demás no llegan ni de broma,no tenéis que ver nada más que videos en Youtube de comparaciones con iPhones 13 pro y en muchas ocasiones gana el pixel 6,siendo un móvil que cuesta la mitad y ya no entremos a comparar con Xiaomis, oneplus u oppos de este precio,SE LOS COMEEEEE.

Software: Otra cosa que es espectacular,0 bloatware o lo que es lo mismo, ninguna aplicación que te meten en otros móviles que además no puedes desinstalar ni nada. Además actualizaciones desde el primer día,ya tengo android 13 instalado.
Batería: En mi opinión es buena,no es brutal pero me llega el día de sobra y soy una persona que le da muchísima caña a la pantalla, Youtube,fotos,etc. La carga a mi me va bien ya que cargo el móvil por la noche,así que prefiero que cargue a 33 watios ,las baterías se estresan muchísimo con las cargas rápidas,carga en 1 hora y 50 minutos estando el teléfono tieso. Además que tiene un cosa que me gusta mucho,es que no carga a la noche la batería del tirón sino que la carga despacio y si tienes la alarma puesta en el móvil la prepara para cargarla al 100 % justo antes de que suene.

Resumen: Me encanta todo ,pero sobre todo las cámaras y el sistema operativo, ya que Google se guarda unas cositas esclusivas en android para estos móviles,amén de las actualizaciones claro está.
El envío perfecto y el estado del producto(ya que era usado) es el que ponia en la descripción Amazon , como nuevo ni más ni menos

This is the first time I've been back to a google branded phone since the G1, I have had numerous HTC, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.. phones but now I'm back on the Pixel 6 and so far I've been fairly impressed.

So where to start, on opening the box I was a little disappointed at the lack of accessories, there is only a usb-c cable and no wall charger although I don't really need it. Surprisingly though I normally like the crappy thin case and screen protectors you normally get as I use them as a 'get me by' until I get a feel for what replacements I want, but alas none!

First impressions, the glossy back is very nice and has that premium feeling, the sides are smooth and feel cold like metal, but the glass front feels strange it might just be me and all in my mind but it feels like it flexes a little when pressing, which although is no problem is not something I am used to. Now although the phone looks great even with the big lump on the back housing the camera I would advise the purchase of as case ASAP as the phone is super smooth and therefore slippery, I felt like I could drop it at any moment until I put it in a nice case.

Setup was super simple and I was guided at every step, the only thing slowing me down was the extended number of system updates I needed to apply. But going by some of the previous more negative reviews I was quite pleased to update to the latest software version.

The part I was most worried about based on other reviews was the fingerprint unlock, well I'm not 100% sold on it compared to the dedicated hardware on the rear case of my previous phone but it works although a little slower than would be ideal. I am yet to try a tempered glass screen protector, but with a cheap plastic one I am currently using, I saw no difference compared to naked (the phone not me :) ).

Day to day the phone is very responsive and it doesn't seem to have issues with leaving apps running in the background (they don't get killed to soon, which plagued me on my old phone) Gaming is pretty good, and doesn't struggle even under load. The GPS is very quick to acquire and works perfect as my main in car GPS.

Battery has plenty of juice for me using it most of the day and I always charge every night so no issues.

Unfortunately I have discovered one almost show stopper for me which nearly breaks my heart as its a great phone!! I am unable to use my IEM's even with a 3.5mm to usb-c adaptor :( UPDATE: So it seems you can, but you must by a specific adaptor with built in DAC at about £12 direct from google.

Pro's
Very responsive
Google's interface is a winner with no bloat
Camera results and post prod tweaks are fantastic
Screen is bright
Feels great to hold and not too heavy

Con's
Its a bit chunkier than some
Fingerprint scanner is slow and 'may' have issues with tempered glass screen protectors
Unable to use analogue audio (3.5mm IEMs) with a simple usb-c to 3.5mm adaptor, you have to buy a specific one. Its not hugely expensive but something you need to consider.

Now the big question..... Would I recommend this phone?
Yes I would, BUT...as long as the above con's are considered and acceptable then you will have a fantastic phone in your hands, with a near perfect implementation of android, well done Google, but next time please just fix those small little issues.
