Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EQ – trådlösa hörlurar med aktiv brusreducering med mikrofon, upp till 20 timmars speltid, Black Anthracite

Jag har haft lite olika produkter från B&O genom tiderna och även från just serien märkt Beoplay. Beoplay H95 är där min absoluta favorit.

Dessa träffar inte dock inte riktigt rätt.

+Designen är snygg och stilren.
+Det känns kvalitet när du öppnar och stänger caset eller använder touchkontrollerna.
+Förpackningen andas kvalitet när du öppnar den.
-Brusreduceringen är i klass med ett par 800kr JBL lurar. Dvs inte helt kasst men man vill ha mer för pengarna.
-Bluetooth anslutningen klipper ibland när du har dem kopplade till klockan på armen.
-Du kan inte byta låt med kontrollerna på lurarna. Vem glömde bort den funktionen under tillverkningen?
-Lågvolym och något fattig ljudbild gör att dessa låter aningen sämre än de vanliga AirPods 3 tyvärr.

Priset just nu är aningen högt. Men kan du få tag i dessa för säg 800-1000kr så är det definitivt ett par vettiga lurar.

In typical B&O style, these have very good build quality, aluminum case is a nice touch. I bought 2 of these for a 13 and 15 year old. They look very large in the ear but fit well enough. If you have a smaller head or are younger, the B&W pi7 has a smaller size. The price for these on Amazon (SEK1650) was much cheaper than other retailers. So i think it was a very good deal for the price. So 4*.

This might be the worst experience i have ever had with a piece of audio technology. Connection constantly drops, wierd high pitch whistling noises, unresponsive touch, transparant mode is unuseable in windy weather, just to name a few problems.

Arrivate nella loro bella confezione, dentro cavo tipo c, custodia di ricarica,auricolari e gommini.
Le cuffie non sono di piccole dimensioni, ma nonostante tutto, al mio orecchio si sono adattate bene e non sono pesanti.
La prima mancanza e che ci sono molti gommini in silicone di varie misure ,ottima cosa, ma sono 1 coppia in memory foam che a me risultavano grandi.
Sarebbe stato grandito averne altre di varie dimensioni, visto il prezzo di mercato delle cuffiette.
Infatti per migliorare la comodità di utilizzo e di ascolto, ho messo dei gommini in mio possesso in memory foam.
App ,con vari tipi di personalizzazione del suono, ma sarebbe stato gradito avere un equalizzatore grafico con curve modificabili a piacimento per rendere il suono + personalizzabile.
Durata della carica buona e custodia con carica wireless, soddisfacente.
Una piccola delusione e' il volume alto ma non abbastanza ,meglio di altre, ma si poteva fare di + visto il prodotto.
Il suono è veramente di livello se fosse stato per questo li avrei dato 5 ,ma le mancanze mi hanno fatto storcere il naso.
La mancanza che mi ha fatto cadere le braccia e deciso di fare il reso, nonostante l'ottimo suono e l'assenza del pausa di video/audio nel momento in cui si leva una cuffia.
Ho provato sia la destra che la sinistra, ma niente, l'unica cosa che succedeva e' che si interrompeva il suono nella cuffia stessa ,per poi riprendere una volta riinserita e su delle auricolari di questo valore non lo accetto.
Peccato potevano essere il top ,ma se a voi interessa solo il suono, vanno bene.

Superior Sound Quality/Premium, Sleek Design. If You Can Look Past the Software.

***Sound, 5 stars: Perfection

--The sound quality is amazing on these buds. Especially, when you sync that up with an EQ, they are able to produce a much more customizable and dynamic sound stage. You will hear every instrument and vocal note in perfect clarity. The superior sound quality is an incredible accomplishment. However, that's what one should expect for these at this price range. Now, let me talk about where B&O falls short and why I don't exactly agree with the tag on these.

***Design: Sleek, premium, sexy, 4.5 stars

--It is *almost* flawless. Aside from fitting issues (as I'll mention below), the design is excellent and definitely feels luxurious/premium.

***Software: Leaves much to be desired, 2 stars

--For such a sleek and sexy design, the software is where they fall short extensively. The fact I am not able to -seamlessly- switch between devices is just ridiculous. In order for you to rock these on another paired device you have to do a hard disconnect and reconnect. That just sucks. Especially if you have a setup where your phone and computer are integrated, and you want to resume what you were doing in another room on your phone/Bluetooth enabled device. Yes, it can remember up 6 devices (I think that's what they said), but the hard disconnect/reconnect is an unacceptable *bug* at this price range. The app is decent, it supplies a watered-down equalizer to allow customization of the sound stage. For me, it's good enough. But if you are the type that likes precision adjustments to your sound, then you will not get that with the app. You will need a separate equalizer. Also, the app takes forever to find the earbuds. There is just too much time between putting them in your ears, connecting, opening the app, and then finally changing the sound. The left earbud will sometimes completely drop out while the right bud keeps playing. Thus, you must sometimes put the bud giving you trouble back in the case in order to get them synced back up. For $400, to have that kind of persistent and experience-breaking problem is unacceptable in my opinion. The buds will also (out of nowhere) while running my music become out of sync. The sound becomes extremely choppy. The solution is to either pause the music to let the sound sync back up, but if that doesn't work, then you'll have to put the buds back in the case to and put back on to sync.

--I am sure you have read other reviews, and seen you cannot skip, replay, or go back a track on the earbud's multipoint sensors. This is true. Instead, they opted for a feature that I think is much more trivial and useless. You can adjust the volume through double tapping on the left or right earbud (volume down, volume up, respectively). Why they did this the world may never know. It would have been a much more useful feature to instead be able to change the playback you are listening to on the earbuds when your device is out of immediate reach.

***Battery Life: Good, 4 stars.

--I don't listen to music or playbacks at ear-bleeding volume levels, so I am able to squeeze out as much battery time as possible before having to put them back in the case to charge. I have found them to last a generous 7.5 hours, with ANC off.

***Noise Cancellation/Ambient Sound: Good enough, 4 stars.

--For my purposes, the noise cancellation is good. It's a little harder to notice when you go from the Sony XM4 Earbuds (like I did) to these, but it fulfills its function adequately in blocking out ambient noises. I hear just a tiny, tiny bit of feedback from the earbuds when it's on, but definitely not annoying at all. Noise cancellation gets 4 stars from me. Not industry leading, but not abysmal either. Just right. The ambient sound on these also fulfills its purpose. It's not terrible, but it's not amazing. You'll get a kind of robo-like quality from voices, but it's not terrible.

***Fit: Ergonomics lacking, 3.5 stars:

--I must say I was a little disappointed when I was finding the right fit for these. My ear canals are on the small-ish side. However, neither the medium silicone tips nor the small tips supplied were able to create a good enough seal. So, I reluctantly opted with the comply foam tips they supplied. It makes the buds a bit bulky when putting them in the charging case because there is no click feedback from the pull of the magnets telling me that the buds have snapped in and are charging. I find myself fiddling with the buds every time I put them in the case to make sure they are sitting correctly.

***Charging case: Excellent, minimalist design with a satisfying click when you close it, 4.5 stars

--My only gripe with the charging case is I wish it stored more juice and had a little more depth to accommodate the comply foam tips.

I wanted to give these 5 stars just on the sound alone, but with all the little quirks and issues I have run into it does not justify it, especially when you consider the price these run for. Fix the software, and I will be more than happy to give that 5th star back.

If I think of any more to add, I will update my review.

****UPDATE****

Huge improvements to quality of life in a recent software update. I am now able to have my earbuds paired simultaneously to my phone and computer. ALSO, they just added track forward and backward on the multipoint touch sensor (Android). Connection speed has improved dramatically as well. BIG props to B&O for listening to its customers. It's this kind of pouncing at the criticism that will secure customers for life. The buds still suffer from connection issues, but it's not as bad as before the update. Tell B&O Sofware development to keep up the great work. Your customers appreciate it.

I am updating my 4 star rating to 5 stars. Please continue down this path of improving the software/app. Aside from the fitting issues, and the things covered above (that wont be actionable on until B&O releases a new generation) the package they've put together is stellar ,just keep at it with the updates. I am content with this purchase and plan on keeping these as my go-to.

sending mine back as noise cancel faulty and the whole set is tempermental , I got fed up with them. They fall easy especially if you're lying down. You need to gently clean the contacts frequently to ensure both buds charge. Sound is good, B&O oversell themselves based on these, I have a wired pair that were half the price and sound as good. Fiddly app, you have to use the app everytime you want to use the buds which is also fiddly. Instructions are vague and mainly diagrams .
Main issues for me are reliability and buds are easy to drop our your ears.

Ho acquistato le BEOPLAY EQ anche se già possedevo le AirPods Pro della Apple. Che dire, per quanto concerne il suono si pongono su di un piano di assoluta eccellenza. Rotondo e pulito, ben definito su tutte le frequenze; permette di ascoltare con estrema soddisfazione musica di qualsiasi genere. Testate anche con musica classica e con opere liriche, peraltro riprodotte da iPhone tramite Apple Music, ho percepito i suoni con estrema fedeltà e nitidezza. Molto buona la funzione dell'ANC adattativo che egregiamente svolge il proprio lavoro, anche se in misura leggermente inferiore a quello che fanno le AirPods Pro. Qualche difficoltà l'ho trovata nell'adattamento nei canali uditivi; stiamo parlando di cuffie piuttosto voluminose. La difficoltà forse dovuta alla mia conformazione. Con i gommini in dotazione ho un po' ovviato alla criticità, ma senza una soluzione definitiva. Fatto sta che le ho trovate un po' difficoltose sia nell'inserimento, sia nel mantenimento, soprattutto durante lo jogging. Anche in condizioni di normale camminata, spesso ho avuto la sensazione che sfuggano dalla sede. Per quanto riguarda l'app dedicata, sinceramente mi sarei aspettato di meglio in quanto la ritengo un po' povera dal punto di vista delle funzioni. Ci sono delle possibilità di equalizzazione che tuttavia non mi hanno convinto appieno. Un prodotto con un prezzo del genere credo avrebbe meritato di meglio. In definitiva, comunque, si tratta di un dispositivo che sotto il profilo del suono che rende vale quanto lo si paga.
