Product description
ECO+ epoxy resin system is suitable for river table molding, as well as large mold and casting parts. The maximum casting height is 5 cm. At lower casting surfaces and temperatures, burrow heights of up to 30 cm are possible in a casting process (e.g. at 10 x 10 cm casting surface and 15 °C). Alternatively, multiple layers can be poured. Isn't your case see-through? Due to a wide range of colour concentrates and pigments, the possibilities in colour selection are endless important that you get a layer of 0.5mm as a primer before the first molding to avoid high material loss and blisters. Please use part of the total amount. Mix resin and hardener in a ratio of 2:1. For example, take 1 kg of resin and 500 g hardener. Use a scale to get the exact mixing ratio. When mixing the mixing rod through the edge and the bottom of the mixing container and ensure that the material is free of strips. Now toss the mixture into a new mixing container and stir again. Add the pigment you want and mix it until you get an even homogeneous mass. After mixing, pour epoxy resin on the desired surface. Distribute the primer with a foam roller or brush. Allow this layer to cure at 20°C 48-72 hours and check if the surface is no longer sticky. Continue the same to the next layer, just make sure that the maximum layer thickness of 5 cm is not exceeded. You can apply as many coats as possible. After 48-72 hours, the surface is touchable and can be ironed and completely chemically cured after 14 days.
